The Barracks quickly became home for me.
Everyone is so welcoming, respectful, and kind. The way they teach is very meticulous. It’s evident the coaches work hard to make sure all of their students understand what they do and why they do it. This environment is gritty, strong, and not for the faint of heart. The coaches and students are a proud reflection of exactly that on the mat. Doesn’t matter the age, size, or experience level. Everyone grinds hard and suffers together. I love training here. It’s difficult to make excuses in a room where the coaches are working and competing harder than the students. Whether you’re a hobbyist (like myself) or a dedicated competitor, you can learn and grow from the killers at this gym.

This is a rare find in a community. A fighter's gym where they can take a novice in combat sports and make them a solid threat to a opponent. Professional, strong basics and a marine at the front of the class. It is really fun.

Came to a wrestling/jiu-jitsu seminar and it exceeded my expectations. Heck of a work out and the attention to detail while coaching was top notch!

Great environment and coaches, fell in love with the place the day I got here. Felt very welcomed and comfortable, plan on staying for a very long time.

This place has a fantastic community of hard working wrestlers. Out of all the places I've practiced wrestling. I've never learned more or had as much fun as I have had at Barracks wrestling.
